We collect only what we need to answer your questions and follow up on your requests. Here is what that means in practice.

Contact form

The name, email, phone, organization, and message you send are forwarded to the Archa team's email and kept to follow up on your request. They are never sold or shared for marketing.

Conversations with Archi

Your questions are processed by an AI model provider to generate answers. Summaries Archi prepares are stored so our team can follow up. Please don't share sensitive personal data, such as ID numbers or patient data, in the chat.

Archi's voice

When sound is on, reply text is sent to a third-party speech synthesis service to be turned into audio. You can turn it off with the speaker button.

Spam protection

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that senders aren't bots. It may process IP addresses and device information under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Browser storage

This site uses no advertising cookies. Your browser only keeps your sound preference and the Archi conversation while the tab is open.

To see, correct, or delete data you have sent us, write to info@archa.co.id.
